Have a question about Budding? The grown-up who owns the account can contact our team for help with sign-in, storybooks, sharing, or plans.
Account and storybook help
Email support@buddingstories.com for help with your account, creating or reading a book, narration, downloads, sharing, or your plan. A short description of what happened and whether you were using the Web, iPhone, or iPad helps us understand the question.
For a concern about story content or sharing, use the same support address. Please describe the concern without sending passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary personal details about a child.
Privacy and your family’s data
Email privacy@buddingstories.com for questions or requests about personal data. The adult account owner can also find data export and account deletion options inside the signed-in account. Our privacy and safety pages explain how accounts, story content, and optional sharing work.
A useful place to start
Our questions and answers cover common storybook and account questions. The how-it-works guide walks through making a book one page at a time, and the examples show books families can explore before beginning their own.
