Safety and sharing
Safety
The current safety posture for child-facing creation, AI providers, and public-by-link story sharing.
Child-facing product
- Creation surfaces stay free of payment pressure, provider jargon, child social login, third-party ads, and unnecessary data collection.
- Provider safety blocks are not bypassed by switching providers in child-facing flows.
- Adults are responsible for supervising use, choosing what to share, and reviewing story prompts and images.
Shared books
- Public share links may be viewable by anyone with the link, so parents are responsible for sharing choices.
- Public shared books stay unlisted, permanently noindex, and outside Budding's sitemap.
- Turning off sharing makes the public link unavailable while keeping the family's private book in the account.
Reporting and enforcement
- Budding may block, remove, unshare, restrict, or delete content when safety, privacy, abuse, provider-policy, legal, or product-integrity concerns arise.
- Safety, privacy, or support concerns can be sent to support@buddingstories.com. This is direct inbox triage, not an emergency-response channel.
