Delete your Budding account
Budding: Storybook Maker is made by Multiply Co. LLC. The grown-up who owns a Budding account can delete it, with its whole library, at any time.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to Budding on the web, iPhone, iPad, or Android.
- Open the account menu and choose Account & plan.
- Choose Delete account and library, type the confirmation shown, and choose Confirm deletion.
Or ask us by email
Email privacy@buddingstories.com from the address you use to sign in and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request with you before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Every storybook in the library, with its pictures, recordings, words, and narration.
- Public share links, which stop working.
What is kept
- Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play, the App Store, or your Budding account page.
- Billing records held by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe follow their own policies. Budding keeps its own payment and tax records only for as long as the law requires.
- Limited security and audit records, which never contain story content, are kept only as long as needed for security and legal obligations.
